I am an Emirati conceptual artist and photographer. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the Higher College of Technology Dubai in media communication and public relations. I was born in Dubai – the United Arab Emirates, in 1988.
Curious and inspired by my surroundings, I started experimenting with photography when I was 10.
It’s been an absolute passion of mine since the beginning, which led me to step into a professional community of art and photography.
I participate in many exhibitions inside the United Arab Emirates and abroad, such as the SIKKA art Fair, RAKFAF, Sharjah Biennale, Cannas Film Festival, and Biennale Venice.
I have been awarded in many competitions, such as the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development Flag Day Photography award, the Dubai Skydive photography competition by Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum Photography award, the Al Nawa Awards by
UAEU, and Habib Al Redha Media Innovation Award in photography and short film.
Proud to be a member of the art society and groups such as FIAP, GPU, UPI, ESP, DIHVA, and Akass Visual Arts.
My work is strongly influenced by street photographers Henri Cartier-Bresson and Vivian Maier. Through my photography, I aim to deconstruct, reconstruct, and highlight the beauty of life’s simplest things.
